1. What is your return policy?
Only a one-time exchange of size/colour is allowed. In the event of an exchange, the exchange/return has to be requested within 14 days from the time you receive your item. Any exchange or return requested after the time frame will not be accepted. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Exchanges and returns are only accepted after we have attended to your email.
The return address will be emailed to you after your exchange request has been approved. To be eligible for exchanges/returns, the item must is in its original conditions received, packed in its original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if any). However, if the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange.
Processing time for exchanges takes up to 5-7 business working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays/Eves of Public Holidays) from the day the item has been received.
In the event the item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 3 months) will be issued. Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable. Orangeba.com will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number.
2. Can I return if the order that I received is incorrect or defective?
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. In the case of a defect item, kindly email to email@example.com within 14 days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. . Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days. To be eligible for exchanges, the item must is in its original conditions received original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if any).If there are still available stocks for the defect item, We will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. In the event the defect item is out of stock, a refund via coupon code of the amount of the returned purchase will be issued.
Defective items DO NOT include the following;
– placement of prints
– slight colour differences due to different monitors resolutions and studio/outdoor lighting
– minor defects such as loose threads
– small scratches or slight stains on the inner lining
– slight asymmetry
– slight misalignment of seams or inner lining
– dropping of buttons which can be sewn on easily
– or any reason similar in effect
All returns and exchanges will only be performed via mailing with an appointment made prior via email and approved by us.
There are strictly no meet-ups for all exchanges.

4. Is your measurements shown each product description accurate?
Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy.
Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.5’ to 0.75’ due to mass production.
In the case that the measurement deviation is >0.75’, the item can be exchanged for a smaller fitting. Coupon code with refunded amount will be issued if the item is out of stock.
Refunds are strictly not allowed.
5. If I am unable to log in to my account, what can I do?

7. What are the payment methods available?
